I'm Niels Hintermann – former Alpine Ski World Cup racer, entrepreneur and keynote speaker from the Zurich region, Switzerland. For more than a decade, I had the privilege of competing at the highest level of alpine skiing, representing Switzerland in World Cup downhill and super-G races. My career highlights include three World Cup victories, seven World Cup podiums, two Olympic qualifications and multiple Top 7 finishes in the Downhill World Cup standings.
Elite sport taught me what it takes to perform under pressure, deal with high expectations and come back stronger after setbacks. A cancer diagnosis later changed my perspective on success, priorities and health, reinforcing the importance of humility, gratitude and resilience.
Today, I share these experiences as a keynote speaker, brand ambassador and business inspiration partner. My goal is to help people and organisations unlock their potential, navigate challenges with confidence and build a sustainable culture of high performance.
